HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a scenario: Read a situation involving school, work, relationships, boundaries or everyday decisions.
2. Match the cards: Choose parts that might show up, strategies they might use and needs that could fit.
3. Get curious: Explore what each part might want or worry about.
4. Choose a next move: Bring in a Self-quality such as curiosity, compassion or courage and suggest one small response.
There are no points and no single correct match. Players investigate together, explain their thinking and explore different possibilities.
